Through a highly integrated electronic module and a compact synchronizer design, it achieves a breakthrough of saving 5.8mm in axial space and reducing weight by 2.6%. Compared with the traditional 7DCT, its load-bearing torque is increased by 54%, shift smoothness is improved by 30%, comprehensive efficiency is optimized by 3.5%, and fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced by 7%.

New Haval Dargo is equipped with a central limited-slip differential and a rear axle electronic-controlled mechanical dog clutch differential lock, forming the core off-road configuration of "two locks".
The central differential lock can intelligently distribute the torque between the front and rear axles to prevent single-axle slippage; when one side of the rear wheel is suspended, the rear axle differential lock can forcibly lock the left and right half-shafts, ensuring 100% of the power is transmitted to the wheels with adhesion.
Combined with the BorgWarner Haldex 6th-Generation 4WD system, the New Haval Dargo can easily cope with extreme road conditions such as cross-axles and potholes. New Haval Dargo is equipped with the BorgWarner Haldex 6th-Generation Intelligent Electronic-Control 4WD System. Leveraging a multi-plate clutch-type central differential and active torque distribution technology, the system achieves millisecond-level response.
It can monitor road conditions in real time and automatically adjust the power distribution between the front and rear axles: on paved roads, it switches to an economic mode to reduce fuel consumption; on slippery, snowy, or sandy roads, it can distribute up to 50% of the power to the rear axle to enhance stability.
Users can also manually switch between 2WD, 4WD AUTO, and 4WD LOCK modes via a knob, meeting the diverse scenario needs of daily commuting and extreme off-roading, and redefining the driving pleasure of a "3/4 Scale Vehicle".
