On June 10, Geely Galaxy officially launched its all-new compact electric SUV, the Galaxy Starship 7 EV. Built on the GEA Global Intelligent New Energy Architecture, the new model is available with CLTC ranges of 525 km and 605 km. All variants come equipped with an 800V high-voltage fast-charging platform as standard. Entering the pure electric SUV market with pricing in the RMB 150,000 range, the Starship 7 EV is widely regarded as one of the most competitive new contenders in its segment.

The Galaxy Starship 7 EV continues Geely Galaxy's signature design language, featuring a fully enclosed front grille that highlights its pure-electric identity. A full-width LED light bar enhances both its technological appeal and visual recognition.
Compared with the plug-in hybrid version, the EV model removes the recessed air-guiding ducts, while the front intake design has been revised from a full-width trapezoidal shape to a rounded-corner structure, creating a cleaner and more minimalist appearance. The sleek body lines and low-drag alloy wheels further improve aerodynamic efficiency.
At the rear, a full-width taillight design echoes the front lighting signature, giving the vehicle a cohesive and contemporary look. Multiple exterior color options are available at no additional cost, balancing family-oriented sophistication with a sporty character.
The vehicle measures 4,740 × 1,905 × 1,685 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,755 mm, placing it firmly within the mainstream compact SUV segment.

The Galaxy Starship 7 EV features a wraparound cockpit design and comes equipped with a 15.4-inch 2.5K central touchscreen, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 13.8-inch W-HUD (Windshield Head-Up Display). Together, these three displays create an immersive and highly interactive driving experience.
The infotainment system runs on the Flyme Auto smart cockpit platform, powered by the 7nm Longying No.1 chipset, delivering smooth performance and fast AI voice-command responses.
The cabin is extensively finished with soft-touch materials and features Marshmallow SPA seats designed for enhanced comfort. The front seats support heating, ventilation, and 14-point massage functions, while the front passenger seat can recline fully for added relaxation.
Space Aspect
A 256-color ambient lighting system and a 16-speaker premium audio system further elevate the sense of luxury, creating a quiet and comfortable environment that exceeds expectations for its class.
In terms of space, the Starship 7 EV achieves an impressive 84.3% space utilization rate. The rear floor is completely flat, improving passenger comfort. The trunk offers 528 liters of cargo capacity in standard configuration and expands to 2,065 liters with the rear seats folded down. In addition, 35 storage compartments throughout the cabin provide excellent practicality and flexibility for family use.

Power and Range
800V Fast Charging with Class-Leading Energy Replenishment Efficiency

The Galaxy Starship 7 EV is equipped with a front-mounted single electric motor, delivering a maximum output of 160 kW and a peak torque of 310 N·m, featuring a front-wheel-drive layout.
It offers two battery options: a 60.22 kWh battery providing a CLTC range of 525 km, and a 68.39 kWh battery providing a CLTC range of 605 km. Both versions adopt CTP 3.0 technology, with energy consumption as low as 12.4 kWh per 100 km, balancing performance and efficiency.
Charging is its biggest highlight-every variant comes standard with an 800V high-voltage fast-charging system. It takes only about 20 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, and just 10 minutes of charging can add approximately 150 km of range. Within the RMB 150,000 EV SUV segment, its charging efficiency is almost unmatched.
Intelligent Driving
Sufficient Computing Power with a Practical Focus
In terms of intelligent driving, the Galaxy Starship 7 EV is equipped with the Qianli Haohan H3 system, featuring 11 cameras and 3 millimeter-wave radars, with a computing power of up to 128 TOPS, supporting advanced driver-assistance functions.
Although the official details of the full intelligent driving capabilities have not been fully disclosed, the hardware specifications indicate that it is already capable of delivering practical intelligent driving performance in both urban and highway scenarios.
The deep integration with the Flyme Auto cockpit system also enhances synergy between intelligent driving and in-car experience, resulting in strong everyday usability and convenience.

Shield "Golden Brick" Battery with Military-Grade Protection
Safety is one of the core highlights of the Galaxy Starship 7 EV. The higher-spec version is equipped with the Shield Golden Brick Battery, which has passed extreme tests such as eight-needle penetration and ballistic (gunfire) impact, demonstrating "military-grade" safety performance.
The battery pack adopts CTP 3.0 integrated technology, ensuring strong structural integrity and effective thermal management. Combined with the body safety design of the GEA architecture, the vehicle also delivers solid performance in passive safety protection.
