The third generation of the Lynk & Co 03 family recently launched. Positioned as a "performance smart coupe," the new model features a dual evolution in both intelligence and performance. Available models include both a 1.5T and a 2.0T powertrain, with seven configurations available. The new Lynk & Co 03 includes four models, while the new Lynk & Co 03+ offers three. These upgrades encompass exterior, interior, power, and intelligence, delivering a fresh, powerful look. Let's take a closer look.

Detailed carving under sporty style
The third-generation Lynk & Co 03 family continues the brand's iconic sporty style and is meticulously polished in every detail. The front of the car adopts a double-layer design combining a narrow grille with a trapezoidal air intake, and adds a unique "03" logo, which greatly enhances its recognition. The newly designed rear surround, larger carbon fiber spoiler, newly added smart driving blue light and the long strip navigation light at the bottom complement each other, giving off a sporty feel. In terms of body size, the new Lynk & Co 03 is 4700/1843/1460mm in length, width and height, while the Lynk & Co 03+ is 4710/1843/1450mm, and the wheelbase is 2730mm. The two sizes are slightly different.

A driver-centric, multifaceted experience
The new Lynk & Co 03 boasts a driver-centric interior design, available in a variety of colors including Blazing Red, Pure White, and Dark Obsidian Black. The upgraded system features LYNK Flyme Auto, equipped with a 12.3-inch LCD instrument panel, a 15.4-inch intelligent central control screen, and a 25.6-inch AR heads-up display. Powered by the Dragon Eagle No. 1 chip, it supports AI voice interaction and driver-car connectivity, and is equipped with Lynk Sound 7.1 surround sound. The Lynk & Co 03+ interior features more suede upholstery and racing-style seats, while the screen size has been increased to 12.8 inches, enhancing the driver-centric, sporty atmosphere.
Intelligence
The new Lynk & Co 03 family is equipped with the Qianli Haohan assisted driving H3 solution. The hardware is equipped with 11 cameras, 3 millimeter-wave radars and 12 ultrasonic radars. It supports high-speed pilot assistance NOA, full-scene parking, AEB active emergency braking and other functions, providing strong protection for driving safety and convenience.
Power
Diverse choices to meet diverse needs
Lynk & Co 03
A wide range of powertrain options are available. The standard Lynk & Co 03 is available with a choice of 1.5T and 2.0T turbocharged engines. The 1.5T engine is mated to a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, generating 133 kW of maximum power and 290 Nm of torque. The 2.0T version boasts the same powertrain as the previous 03+, with maximum power increased to 200 kW (272 hp) and 400 Nm of torque. The transmission is upgraded to an 8-speed automatic transmission, achieving a 0-60 sprint in 6.5 seconds. Designed for high-performance drivers.
Lynk & Co 03+
The Lynk & Co 03+ series features a 2.0T turbocharged and supercharged engine in two power settings: 227 kW and 257 kW. Peak torque is 420 Nm and 450 Nm, respectively. All models are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Performance Plus and Racing versions utilize all-wheel drive, while the TCR version is front-wheel drive. Numerous carbon fiber components reduce weight, ensuring a zero-to-hundred (0-100) sprint of 6.5 seconds.
The new Lynk & Co 03 boasts impressive upgrades in exterior design, interior features, and powertrain performance. However, given the current market environment, its performance-focused approach has failed to win widespread consumer favor. Moving forward, if Lynk & Co 03 hopes to break through its sales bottleneck, it may need to make further adjustments to its market positioning and marketing strategy to adapt to evolving market demands.
